4. Personal Responsibility
All participants must follow instructions, use equipment correctly, and behave respectfully. Unsafe behaviour may result in removal from training.
5. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific fitness, weight loss, or performance outcomes. Results vary between individuals.

1. Membership & Services

By signing up, you agree to follow all gym rules, instructions, and safety guidelines.
Payments

All memberships and services must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

Payments may be made via direct debit, online payment, or other approved methods.
Missed Payments

If a payment is missed, a late fee may be applied.

If payment is missed for two consecutive weeks, the outstanding amount for both weeks will be automatically deducted once sufficient funds are available in the account.
